Mr. Michele Bernacchia studied as a Chef at Professional Institute of Cuisine “A. Panzini” in Italy and, after graduated, he started as a Chef de partie at Uliassi Restaurant, a two Michelin starred restaurant in Senigallia, Italy, close to Mauro Uliassi, one of the most acclaimed Italian chef. Then, in 2009, Michele moved to Hong Kong to open “Domani” Restaurant. After almost two years, he founded “BrightView” together with a partner, a food & beverage importer. Bright View started supplying many restaurants in Hong Kong with the most refined and first choice food from Italy. After several years, Bright View is part of an international and multinational group owned by the Cremonini Family, Inalca F&B. Michele is now the General Manager.
