資深註冊營養師李珮欣 RD，從羅伯特戈登大學，英國畢業，在營養與營養學學士學位，並完成了她的碩士學位從英國格拉斯哥大學的公共健康營養。 作為工作在英國的臨床營養師自2003年以來，她搬回香港之前，擔任專業營養師營養支持研究。她曾在衛生香港系，現在是一個自由職業營養師。她給出了各種組織，包括Maggie的癌症中心在香港舉行了會談 。 成為一名營養師不僅實現了她兒時的夢想，但它也認識到教育人們對健康飲食和健康的生活方式，她的人生使命。她認為，食品應該是好吃的，好玩的和適應每個人的健康需求。由於食品是每個人的生活中這樣的一個組成部分，通過改善患者的飲食，他們的生活質量，也是他們的生活家的質量也提高了。她珍惜每一次機會，走與患者和他們的家庭，通過他們的旅程。
