Previously, she held senior roles at Point72 Hong Kong, where she spearheaded employee engagement, marketing, communications, and learning initiatives while driving diversity and inclusion strategies and navigating critical periods of organizational change.
Denz’s professional journey includes senior positions at renowned global firms such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Societe Generale, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, and Investec. Throughout, she has been recognized for delivering innovative programs, large-scale events, and partnership-driven campaigns that strengthen brand presence and connect communities.
