Valentina started her career in Milan working as a bartender for Mag Café’, one of the most popular bar in Milan. After several years, she moved to Hong Kong working for Lai Sun Group as a Bar Manager. Later, she moved to FAM park as a Bar manager as well and, after two years there, she joined Octavo Management Group as Restaurant manager at Venedia Grancafe. Last year she joined The Hari Hotel as a restaurant and bar manager.
