Naohide Une is the Founder, and CEO of Investment Lab Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based investment firm he established in 2020. He began his career in 2000 at Goldman Sachs, spending fifteen years as a derivatives trader in the Equities Division and ultimately leading flow derivatives trading operations across Asia. He then joined Japan Post Bank, one of Japan’s largest institutional investors, as Managing Director, driving investment strategy reform, before rising to Senior Managing Director.

He subsequently served as COO of one of Japan’s largest private equity firms, overseeing management strategy, internal controls, and risk management across buyout, venture growth, and technology investments.

At Investment Lab, Une draws on two decades of trading and public markets experience to lead portfolio construction and risk management for the firm’s listed equity fund, alongside venture capital investments in resource circulation, HR-tech, and fintech. He holds a Master’s in Chemical Systems Engineering and an MBA in Finance.

2000年ゴールドマン・サックス証券に新卒入社し、新卒生え抜きとして功績を残し、アジア地区のトレーディングチームを率いた実績と経験を有す。その後、200兆円を超す運用残高を誇る世界最大級の投資家であるゆうちょ銀行に転じ、投資戦略改革に参画。同行市場部門常務執行役員・経営会議メンバーとして銀行全体の経営に関与。また、日本最大級のプライベートエクイティファンドの立ち上げ及び最高執行責任者（COO）を担当。

インベストメントLabでは、20年におよぶトレーディング・上場株市場での経験を活かし、同社の上場株ファンドのポートフォリオ構築とリスク管理を主導するとともに、資源循環・HRテック・フィンテック分野のベンチャー投資も手掛ける。

東京大学工学系研究科化学システム工学専攻修士修了、早稲田大学ファイナンス学科（MBA）修了。
