Evan Sohn is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and investor who currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Revelio Labs, a workforce intelligence platform that provides investors, consulting firms, and corporations with data and insights on labor markets, talent, skills, and workforce trends.

He joined Revelio following Bain & Company’s 2025 acquisition of Aura Intelligence, the AI-powered workforce analytics company he founded inside Bain’s Founder’s Studio. Previously, Evan served as Chairman and CEO of Recruiter.com Group, where he led the company’s Nasdaq uplisting, raised more than $20 million in public capital, and scaled annual revenue to more than $25 million.

Beyond his operating career, Evan is a co-founder of the Sohn Conference Foundation, which began in New York in 1995 in memory of Ira Sohn and has grown into a global investment community bringing together leading investors to share their best ideas while raising more than $150 million for pediatric cancer research and other medical causes. Evan has helped expand the Sohn platform internationally and continues to play an active role in its global development. He also serves on several public and private company boards and is a board member of the Pershing Square Sohn Cancer Research Alliance.
