In February 2021, Eduardo founded Pertento Partners, where he leads an investment team of five research analysts in his role as CIO.

Prior to Pertento, Eduardo spent 13 years at Valiant Capital Management LP in San Francisco, overseeing the firm’s single stock short book in addition to his general oversight responsibilities as a Managing Partner. Eduardo started his career as an analyst at 3G Capital in 2004 in New York.

He graduated from Pontifical Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro with a BA in Economics and holds an MSc in Management and Regulation of Risk from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
