Damon is the Founder and CIO of Aspen Global Management.

Aspen Global employs a fundamental research-intensive investment approach with a focus on multi-sector global equities. Prior to founding Aspen Global Management, Damon was a Senior Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at YF Financial, where he managed a fundamental research-intensive multi-sector global equities strategy. He previously covered global equities as a Vice President at Greenwoods Asset Management and a Senior Analyst at Scopia Capital Management.

He was formerly a member of the private equity investment team at Blackstone Inc. He holds an A.B. in Economics cum laude from Harvard and a Diploma with Honors from The Juilliard School.
