Chao Wang is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of ForwardEdge Investment. Prior to founding ForwardEdge, Mr. Wang was a Partner at Dantai Capital from 2020 to 2022.

He also worked for Tairen Capital and HSBC Global Asset Management from 2015 to 2019, with a focus on global TMT and China market. From 2009 to 2015, he worked as a sell side analyst mainly covering China internet sector at Nomura, BofA Merrill Lynch and MainFirst. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Fudan University.
