Get trail-ready with a 16km course preview, insider tips, Q&A, refuel stops, and a post-run BBQ in the country park.

Additional Information for Participants

  1. Water (1 to 1.5 litres). We recommend partially freezing your water overnight and topping up in the morning.
  2. Suitable hiking clothes (no jeans, thick tees, or long trousers).
  3. Lightweight hiking shoes with good grip.
  4. Small, lightweight backpack (lighter is better).
  5. Sunscreen and hat (very important!).
  6. A dry shirt to change into at the end.
  7. Light snacks and a refillable bottle/cup.
  8. Mobile phone with waterproof case/plastic bag.
  9. Octopus card and cash (for any taxis).
  10. Any personal medication you require.
