This December, we will be reinventing our timeless classic “Cocktails for a Cause” into something a little different; replacing cocktails with cookies. For this special initiative, we will be partnering with Cookie Smiles, a local social enterprise focused on supporting the disadvantaged community and providing jobs for the physically impaired.
Given the uncertainties and restrictions sparked by COVID-19, we are unable to recreate the interactive teams as we’ve previously had, so this time around, we’re making things a lot simpler. For every bag of cookies sold, 40 percent of all proceeds will go directly towards KLFs’ healthcare programmes.
