Samuel Mak has 30 years of experience in public affairs and advocacy. He provides counsel to organizations in the healthcare and tech sectors, such as pharmaceutical and biotech companies, health insurers, government agencies, and NGOs. On a pro bono basis, Sam aims to empower patient groups. He has been an advisory member of The Hong Kong Alliance of Patients’ Organizations since 1999. In November 2017, he co-founded Silveriders to provide screening and educational services for several chronic diseases, with the goal of helping people avoid suffering from diseases and maintain their quality of life.
