Lorenzo Antinori is the Founder and Managing Director of Endless Edge, a Food and Beverage consultancy based in Asia. Endless Edge launched in February 2023 as a creative agency providing solutions and new avenues for F&B businesses with an innovative, disruptive yet commercial approach and execution. Lorenzo has been a pillar of the Hong Kong bartending community since 2019 when he became Beverage Manager at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong and supported bar operations in the region in his role as Beverage Ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Asia Pacific.
