Motivated to avoid a subsequent surgical procedure after a 15-year journey with chronic HPV and cervical precancer (dysplasia – the condition that is detected during routine Pap testing), Alia Rahman began experimenting with a variety of compounds in her own kitchen in pursuit of a topical therapy for self-treatment.
