2026 年 HPV 補種推廣計劃
女孩們，讓我們一起接種 HPV 疫苗 —— 免費、簡單，而且非常值得。 梁愷昍婦癌基金 (KLF) 聯同 「關注HPV聯盟」，全力支持香港的「HPV補 種推廣計劃」，為女孩及年輕女性提供保護子宮頸癌的機會，合資格人士可免費接種疫苗。 HPV 非常普遍，而接種疫苗是預防相關疾病最有效的方法之一。這項一次性的計劃為 2004 至 2008 年出生、尚未完成 HPV 疫苗接種系列的合資格香港女性居民 提供免費接種。 如果你符合資格，現在正是行動的時候：計劃將於 2026 年底結束，而 首劑必須於 2026 年 6 月 30 日或之前接種。合資格人士可獲 兩劑免費疫苗；免疫力較弱人士則可獲 三劑免費疫苗，每劑之間需相隔至少五個月。 準備好照顧自己了嗎？立即前往樂妍站頁面預約接種，確保你的名額。 立即登記，保護自己。 https://www.wws.org.hk/vaccine
樂齡健康
梁愷昍婦癌基金會（KLF）與香港理工大學護理學院合作，推動香港女性健康與健康老齡化。 這項整合性計劃涵蓋社區篩查、HPV（人類乳頭瘤病毒）教育、癌症預防及社會弱勢篩查，為女性提供及時資訊、後續護理及全面健康指導，提升健康管理能力。 本項目將透過護士主導的社區服務站，於全港多個地區接觸約1,500名已同意參與的隊列成員，進行健康評估，包括血壓、糖化血紅蛋白（HbA1c）、身體質量指數（BMI）及身體組成分析。同時，項目亦加強HPV認知、癌症風險篩查及實用健康教育，特別針對年輕女性。 透過面對面諮詢、印刷材料及網上資源，參與者可更深入了解HPV、癌症預防，以及相關跟進護理途徑，例如子宮頸抹片檢查並在有需要時轉介至地區健康中心。本計劃旨在提升早期癌症風險識別能力、支持更健康的生活選擇，並為香港未來基層醫療及癌症預防策略提供實證數據支持。 關於合作夥伴KLF致力於支持具高影響力項目，以強化女性健康及社區預防工作。與理工大學的合作結合前沿研究、實務篩查及健康教育，為香港老齡化社會建立可持續的長期成果。 項目內容護士主導健康檢查：於社區提供血壓、HbA1c、BMI及身體組成測試，同時進行HPV教育、癌症風險篩查及轉介服務。社會弱勢篩查：採用MSF-10工具: 一套快速數碼評估系統，識別早期社會弱勢因素（包括資源、社會參與、人際連結及自我管理能力），以便在身體功能下降前進行可逆性介入。 KLF在整體策略中的角色KLF支持由Dr. Jed-Ray Montayre領導的「未來防護：對抗社會健康風險」項目，作為其女性健康及健康老齡化策略的重要支柱。透過資助驗證、臨床培訓、宣傳推廣，以及將項目試點整合至基層醫療及社會試點，KLF將研究成果轉化為實際行動——應對與吸煙死亡率相當的社會風險，而這些風險影響本港高達58.5%的長者。 為何重要此整合方法有助提升健康意識、促進早期檢測及改善公共醫療資源獲取，同時產生數據以支持未來政策制定。透過同時關注生理、社會及預防需求，KLF推動高投資回報的健康壽命策略，促進社會韌性及個人自主能力。
