Delphine Le Court joined the Board of the Karen Leung Foundation in January 2025 to help further the founndation’s cause and support the team with the various projects. Delphine is a senior investment banker for a French bank and work in various cities over the past 17 years. She helped companies to expand their business with external growth by focusing on M&A cross-border transactions. Delphine is a strong supporter of inclusion adn gender issues and is member of 100 Women in Finance whose aim is to building a more diverse and gender equitable finance industry by promoting diversity. She is also involved in a mentorship program at HKUST to help students who are seeking advice on career direction. She is very active and has been riding horse for 35 years now. She holds a MBA from HKUST, a Master in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon.
