Mukund Bhaskar is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Kaleido Capital Partners. Established in 2023, Kaleido manages an Asia-focused equity hedge fund on behalf of leading institutional investors and industrial families. The firm employs a fundamental research process based on pattern recognition and rigorous business analysis.

Previously, Mr. Bhaskar worked at Kontiki Capital Management and as Director of Research at Karst Peak Capital, a Tiger Management-backed investment firm in Hong Kong. He also spent several years in the private equity industry in Asia. Mr. Bhaskar started his investing career at the D. E. Shaw group in New York.

He holds an AB in Economics and Engineering Sciences, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
