About the event

Exploring community through the lens of self-care: What can we gain from interpersonal relationships.

Women forums, in particular, can be overwhelming for some, as they may fear judgment or feel out of place in a new social setting. However, delving into interpersonal relationships within a community can offer numerous benefits that can contribute to personal growth and satisfaction. This in-person session at the Women’s Lounge will explore the key advantages of engaging in a community and the opportunities such networks may offer us. The fireside chat with our seasoned expert will also explore how to tackle concerns to form new interpersonal relationships and overcome them. Join us for a lively session and come armed with many questions for some interactive exchange.

The session suits members and non-members to check out the fabulous WOHK space and meet like-minded women!
