Cindy is currently an Executive-level APAC Regional Head of Human Resources at CoorsTek Inc., based in Japan, overseeing a team of more than 70 employees across the region. Previously, she served as HR Chief Operating Officer at Bloomberg and as an HR Business Partner in Japan, with country and regional responsibilities supporting the Financial Solutions enterprise sales business.

Her wider experience includes driving transformation and succession management for a major fast-moving consumer goods company, with a focus on Japan’s business unit and its contribution to overall business growth. She has also led HR transformation initiatives in a fast-growing healthcare multinational in a strategically important APAC market within its nutrition business.

Earlier, Cindy worked as Chief of Staff to a Chief Operating Officer, with global responsibility for workforce planning and human-capital strategy in the international financial institutions sector.
