ZO Skin Health has appointed Terri Fujii as Senior Vice President, General Manager, APAC, and Representative Director for Japan, effective March 2, 2026. With more than 30 years of leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare communications, Fujii has built a distinguished career driving business growth, innovation, and organizational transformation throughout Japan and the Asia-Pacific region.
A defining aspect of her career has been her commitment to creating social impact through healthcare innovation. Most notably, Fujii founded the CAC Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing appearance-related changes experienced by individuals undergoing cancer treatment through a science-based and evidence-driven approach. As Chair of the Foundation, she has championed initiatives that help improve quality of life and support patients facing the physical and emotional challenges associated with cancer care.
Prior to joining ZO Skin Health, Fujii held senior leadership roles including Executive Officer at Bayer Japan, President of Galderma Japan, and President of Advangen Inc., where she led regional business expansion and organizational transformation initiatives. She has also collaborated with government agencies, academic institutions, and industry partners to advance innovation and accelerate progress in dermatology and skin health.
Fujii holds a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Technology Sydney and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Based in Tokyo, she now leads ZO Skin Health’s growth strategy across the Asia-Pacific region while continuing her longstanding commitment to advancing skin health, innovation, and social impact.
