Harry Chen is Co-founder and CFO of E3A Healthcare ([e3a.com)]e3a.com), a MedTech company developing AI-powered, first-in-class non-invasive technologies for women’s health. He leads and supports the company’s finance, fundraising, corporate strategy, commercialization, and international growth initiatives.

Harry’s background spans entrepreneurship, investment, and healthcare innovation. Prior to E3A Healthcare, he founded a digital health company that was successfully exited through acquisition. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and is a California CPA.
