Dear Friends and Supporters,

Happy New Year!  As we begin the new year and are busy planning ahead, we are pleased to share a roundup of recent news.

January is also Cervical Cancer Awareness month and we launched a #DidYouKnow campaign across all KLF social media channels to raise awareness around the facts (and to dispel myths) concerning the disease.  On January 31, we are also offering a complimentary educational luncheon to all our loyal supporters and friends where we will cover some of the latest prevention methods for cervical cancer, including an overview on how the KLF health programs are working to supplement Hong Kong's public health prevention programs.

Thank you again for your extraordinary support in 2017, and we hope to see you on at the January 31 program.

With warmest regards,
Katharina & the team at KLF

Attend this luncheon to learn more about the risk factors and prevention methods for these cancers and how Karen Leung Foundation's in-school vaccination program for girls from low-income families tries to supplement Hong Kong’s public health prevention programming.

This is a complimentary seminar kindly hosted by Eaton House and a light lunch will be served. Please RSVP on or before January 29, 2018 to secure your seat.

Subject: The power of prevention to fight cervical cancer
Date & Time: Wednesday January 31, 2018, 12.30 - 2.00 pm,

Program updates

In-school vaccination program in full swing

Over the past weeks, we have visited five schools in the New Territories and were able to offer free HPV vaccinations to 690 girls. Feedback from the schools, parents and girls was overwhelmingly positive and we look forward to adding more schools in the next weeks. If you missed our recent video coverage featuring the girls of one of our schools press here to replay it.
