Penny Wan is a global biopharmaceutical executive, board director, and women’s health
innovator with more than two decades of experience advancing therapies that improve
and extend lives. As Co-Founder and Chairwoman of HerAnova Lifesciences, she is
focused on closing critical gaps in women’s health, particularly in endometriosis and
fertility, translating cutting-edge science into patient-centered solutions.

Under her leadership, HerAnova is redefining how women’s health conditions are
diagnosed and treated. Previously, Ms. Wan held senior leadership roles at Amgen,
where she launched and grew the company’s Asia business into a billion-dollar
franchise, and at Roche Pharma China, where she drove significant growth and strategic
partnerships to expand patient access.

Ms. Wan also serves as an Independent Director of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. She brings
a distinctive perspective at the intersection of science, strategy, and lived experience to
advance innovation and investment in women’s health.
