Take part in KLF's 21 Days of Active Wellness to test your limits, get fit, compete with others, and raise funds for a good cause. 

As an individual or team-based challenge, this virtual fundraiser is designed to be a fun, healthy, and engaging way to involve members of our community to get active during the summer. From sports enthusiasts to leisurely walkers, this challenge will surely be a joy to you and your loved ones.

Here's a breakdown of what's next:

CHOOSE YOUR MODE 
- Leisure Mode: 20 hours solo // 100 hours cumulatively as a team 
- Adventure Mode: 40 hours solo // 200 hours cumulatively as a team.
- Beast Mode: 60 hours solo // 300 hours cumulatively as a team. 

*Per mode, the first individual or team to reach their goal within the allotted 21-days will be awarded a prize. 

FUNDRAISING
- Every individual participant has to create a SimplyGiving account. Reach out to your friends, spread the word, and ask them to support your fundraising goal via SimplyGiving.
- For every HK$5,000 raised, 5 bonus hours will be allocated to each individual or collective team. 

*Per mode, the top individual and team that raises the most money will be awarded a prize.

REGISTER 
- Sign up via this registration form. You can either sign up for yourself or sign up for your team. Team numbers can vary from two to five individuals per team. All individual team member details must be provided. 
- There will be a registration fee of HK$100 which can be offset towards fundraising bonus points.

TERMS & CONDITIONS  
- All modes of exercise are welcome.
- The challenge is measured by hours. There will be three winners per mode so official documentation of time spent is required.
- Top fundraising team or individual per mode will be rewarded a prize. 
- Upload your documented exercise hours via Google Drive. A link will be provided to you once you have successfully registered.
- Results will be announced via email and all digital platforms by August 17.
- All participants and teams are encouraged to submit videos and tag @karenleungfoundation #21daychallenge #selflove and will be featured on platforms. 
- Winner videos will be featured in KLF's post-challenge highlight reel.

Most hours (with the donation bonus)

  • Champion: Oasis: Blood, Sweat & Beers (123 hours 55 minutes)
  • 1st Runner-up: Oasis: Diminishing Returns (120 hours 6 minutes)
  • 2nd Runner-up: Oasis: Tiger sharks (108 hours 23 minutes)

Most fundraised:

  • Champion: Morgan Stanley: Team Bornfit (HKD 33,000)
  • 1st Runner-up: Oasis: Blood, Sweat & Beers (HKD 23,030)
  • 2nd Runner-up: Oasis: Buns and Guns (HKD 12,188)

The Foundation's goal is to raise HK$200,000 for its programmes. We hope that you will get involved with the challenge, help spread the word, and support us in saving the lives of young girls and women in Hong Kong.
