Determined to improve her postpartum complexion after having her daughter, mum, and entrepreneur Michelle Chen set out to create RARE SkinFuel, an all-natural skincare line that restores natural skin glow. Since she was 17, Michelle has worked in Silicon Valley Startups and made her way up various ladders, giving her wide-ranging experience of starting and leading a successful company. From homemaker to designer, merchandiser to project manager, and product development, Michelle has done it all and knows what it takes to get a business off the ground, while still balancing this with her roles as a friend, and a mother. Michelle wants to share her personal experience through the brand’s tagline Bare is RARE to empower women who have lost their confidence through motherhood, stay-home moms to regain their confidence through showing off their bare skin without fear. “If you’ve had it once, you would have it again.” Says Michelle.

With over 20 years of professional hair styling experience garnered in top-tier hair salons as well as world-renowned commercial productions under her belt, Marvin Lin is one of the most sought-after hairstylists in the region. Her career took off at the age of 19 when she earned the top spot as the frontline staff who generated the most revenue – doubling the first runner-up’s – at the then leading salon group Esprit Hong Kong. Following the finesse of her styling skills in London under a scholarship, she was named the best junior stylist and top 10 stylists in the group within two years. She became the Lead Stylist and Creative Director for other leading groups as well as one of the most valuable stylists in the industry.
